The development and standardization of a picture SRT test for adults and children in Kannada.

Abstract

There have b'3en no tests developed for th,~ determinatjon of speech reception thresholds in Kannada. The conventional speech rccep~jon thresholds requiring verbal responses W0re found to be not suitable for' the speech impaired and children. The aim of this study was 10 develop and standardize a Picture SRT Test for adults and children in Kannada.
