Abstract

One of the important function of the Larynx is phonation. Voice is produced by the vibration of the Vocal Cords. Hoarsenessor reduction in the voice is one of the symptoms of variety of laryngeal lesions affecting true Vocal cords.  Thanks to the invention of Telendoscopes and Operating microscope in the field of diagnosis/surgery of laryngeal lesions, The use of these sophisticate3d instruments in disorders vocal cord is unquestionable.
