| Abstract: | Twentyeight (28) patients with Idiopathic sudden hearing loss (SHL) were treated with Diatrizoate compounds (1 ml urografin 76%) containing—sodium Diatrizoate 0.1g & Meglumine Diatrizoate 0.66g after complete clinical and audiological evaluation. All the patients of SHL of not more than 45 days of onset were selected. Of these patients 19 cases (67.7%) had beneficial response with Diatrizoate Compounds (Urografin) Treatment. These patients were followed up to 4 years. |
