Abstract: The aim of the present study was to know the effect of ageing process over Vestibular Function. A brief review of literature is also given. The result of present study shows a definite effect of ageing process over vestibular function. The Vestibular Function is maximum in middle, late middle and early old age. In old age after 61 years the vestibular function becomes hypo-excitable. The present study also concludes that their should be standardization of various parameters of ENG for individual age group, so that results of ENG can be interpreted in a more precise and logical manner.
